Most of us have probably experienced some kind of aggressive bird behavior such as being bombed by a parent bird with a nest full of chicks.
I guess it's good to know that birds don't just pick on us humans. In a recent visit to the San Joaquin Marsh in Irvine, CA, I captured this American Avocet dealing to some Mallard ducklings. I put the drama together in this video for your "enjoyment". Best viewed in "full screen" mode.
