If you ever want to see flocks of peacocks up close and personal, then pay a visit to the L.A. County Arboretum sometime. They "rule the roost" so to speak, prancing around the parking lot, strutting on the rooftops, and of course, begging at the cafe. All they ask in return for a showy display of feathers is a few crumbs from your plate.
