I have always been fascinated by this bull that I photographed in New Zealand from the side of back road back in 2007. Such a huge animal and such a magnificent red color.

In the most-recent edition of Photoshop User Magazine there was an article on creating the effect of fog, so I decided to give it a shot with my bull. After doing that I started to look at some photos of bulls on the Internet and came across several photos of bull fights. It just looks so incredibly cruel, and it prompted me to see if I could do something with my photo as a plea against bullfighting. My "Say No to Bullfighting" composition was the result.
