I managed to photograph this beautiful lizard at Arches National Park in Utah. Of course, with wildlife, it's often hard to get cooperation from your subject but in this case the lizard actually allowed me to get quite close with my camera without running off.Identified as gambelia wislizenii, the long-nosed leopard lizard, by Patrick at Flickr.
