Sky Tower Meditation (sky-tower-maori-carving-nikau-palm (1 of 1)-2)

The interior decor of the Sky Tower Casino in Auckland features Maori motifs throughout. In this work I combine a wood carving of a spiritual ancestor contemplating the combination of Maori art and spirituality with "Mamon". The work combines photos I took of the Sky Tower at night, wood carvings, and a nikau palm. Labels: maori motif, maori wood carving, nikau palms, sky tower
