This collection of spring wildflowers and desertscapes was taken in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park in San Diego County, California in the spring of 2008. Most of them were taken in Plum Canyon.

he yucca were starting to bloom. This flower head was heavy with creamy-colored blooms that reminded me a lot of cymbidian orchid.
